Thank you for the recommendation.  The mobile theme available does appear to be a superior product.  I made a purchase on his site and then I discovered a bug in his site as my profile wouldn't update to allow me to download the theme.  After reading his forum, it appears that this bug in his site has been around for about a year now which he has not addressed.  He has not responded to my attempts to contact him to confirm my purchase and now his site is unavailable. 

Overall, despite how good the theme looks - I am unable to support your recommendation.

I can verify that Dragoon is honest and the theme is outstanding.  Looking at the site, it seems that a mysql table has crashed. He may not have had the opportunity to repair it nor get your message.  He is not online 24/7 and it may take up to 24 hours or so for him to respond.  You have not given him much time before passing judgement.   He is a student and does not spend all his time on the site, nor is the site designed to be a full time business.

I understand that one person can not be online 24/7, but I made the purchase 24 hours ago.  And as I stated in my previous post, this bug has been ongoing for about a year.  Seems a little odd to keep a known bug running on a transactional website for such long periods of time.

That bug is a problem, I do agree. There is a topic specifically for that issue where purchasers of the theme can "push" him with a nudge. Unfortunately, with the site down, he may even be away for the weekend and will not see it for a little while yet.  If you paid for it, there is a record, and you will get what you paid for or he will credit you back. Just give him some time to get back online and bring the site back up. He may not even know that it is down.
