Would it be a problem for you to provide me access to that page (i.e. an admin account on your forum) so that I can have a look directly at the issue?

Have you tried to create another account and see if it gives the same problem? (would be weird...but you never know... :P)

Okay, can you attach also your ManagePaid.template.php? (directory /Themes/default)
There is something wrong there (the action url of the modify_subscription template is wrong).

ETA: I think you can delete the account. ;)

since im using a custom theme should i use the default in the custom theme?

...okay, this file seems to come from...a mod? ???
Take from the install package or the large upgrade package a new ManagePaid.template.php and replace the one you have currently on the server.
