How do I remove Karma?

I am using SMF 1.1.16.  The members are abusing the Karma so the moderator of the forum has asked me to uninstall it. I thought it was a mod but in looking at the packages installed, it's not in the list. So where else would I look to uninstall Karma please?

Select Disable Karma in the drop down.

Great, thank you. I was hunting everywhere but not there.

I've 'Set wait time in hours' to 6 hours, and no smite (blank 'Karma smite label').
On my forum, this makes the karma system reliable, points given reflects real and valuable appreciation.
