About to launch my SMF community!

I'm about to open up a entertainment discussion board, mostly discussion about Hip-Hop music. The name is Immature and Popular, I got it off a tee shirt design that I like. This will be my first time running a SMF community, and this is also my first time designing one. I hope you guys like it, and I hope you guys can give me advice and suggestions and how to ready it for the launch. Thanks.

PS: I'm also facing some difficulties, and I would appreciate any help.

I have to be honest and say that I am not impressed.

1. There are a few racist words in various posts  within the forum.

2. I see no Tiny Portal copyright on the forum.

3. The forums banner is difficult to read.

1. It's slang tbh lol not to sound ignorant, but I know what you are referring to, and I won't allow anybody to mention the 'n-word.'
2. I heard that I am free to remove the copyright as it's open-source software.
3. Thanks for the feedback, but I don't find it difficult to read.

Kindred:
1- open source does not mean "do whatever you want", there are license restrictions even on open source code.
2- while the smf license does allow for the removal of the copyright, we also reserve the right to not provide support to sites which do so.
3- tinyportal is not SMF. It has a different license (which, to the best of my knowledge does NOT allow for the removal of the copyright)

IchBin™:
At the release of TP1.0 the license was changed to MPL2.0. Which allows copyright removal. At the TP site we do the same as SMF and will not support people who don't keep the copyright displayed.
