Yep, there is a small checkbox "send as PM" (or similar) under the textarea. ;)

Thanks merlyn333 for your suggestion, since this is basically already possible I'm moving this topic.

I think the "Personal Message to Groups" Mod i so far what I need, because any user can send a Private Message (PM) to any of the groups configured.

However, after attempting to install, the system tells me that the version is not supported or the file is corrupted.

Talking about the newsletter, can any user send it?
