Well, seems like your site has been hacked/compromised with some malware

Take help from your webhost and try restore your website from previous backups

What did you do, just before this started appearing?

To me, it looks like a php file doesn't have the opening <?php tag.

Nope, his site has been compromised and need some attention from his side/webhost
