Change color of header/user links?

Good evening!

I'm wondering how I can specifically change the color of the 'Show unread posts since last visit.' and 'Show new replies to your posts.' links. Currently, they seem to use the same universal color as all other links.

To clarify, I need these links in particular to have a different color than the rest of my forum.

What theme are you using? I imagine the links are just links without a class applied to them. Would likely be a matter of editing index.template.php to add the class names and adding the styles to the CSS for the theme you are using.
