How to get rid of 'blog' menu item...I have two of them

First I installed smf blog then simple portal and finally adk blog. I like the ADK blog better so I want to keep it.

SoI delete smf simple blog and the menu item remains there, right next to my 'blogs' menu item for ADK blog. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get rid of that initial 'blog' item. I have uninstalled and removed the modification. I tried toggling enable blogs but that turns off my ADK blog menu item and leaves the one I don't want!

Thank you for that! I aint gonna lie and say this isn't sort of a PITA though!  :o

Am I doing it right by running the mod through your link> checking unistall> and then performing the list of manual fixes in the source directories, etc?

Yep that's the way to go.

Which version smf are ya using? Just so this can be moved to the appropriate board.

Thanks OF! I'm on the most current version of SMF 2.02, fresh install with simple portal as well. Well time to finish parsing..
