Hello I am having a big problem! I tried to install a chatbox in my forum but this error shows up when I go to my site.

Database Error
Table 'worldo87_smf515.smf_shoutbox_settings' doesn't exist

Does anyone know what I did wrong? This started happening when I tried to install a chatbox on my forum.

I have a sneaky suspicion that you tried to install a chatbox that was designed for an earlier version of SMF. :(

You don't say which shoutbox it is, so I can't confirm that, obviously. Neither do you mention which version of SMF you're using. So, I'll move it to the SMF v2 support board, for now. Usually, if you have a problem with a mod, you'll need to post in the mod' support topic.

Sorry I have a smf2.0.2 . I got the shout box from here http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1295 .

From the error it looks like the shoutbox_settings table of that add on is not added in the database.

Will the mod uninstall, without errors?

If so, it might be worth uninstalling and giving it another go.
