2.0 Beta Theme?

Will a Theme that says it works for 2.0 Beta also work for 2.0.2? I have 2.0.2 installed but now I would like to install a theme and the one I am leaning toward says it 2.0 Beta etc. Any help on this would be awesome.

Probably not.

2.0 Beta does not have the same default theme (upon which everything is based) as 2.0.2.

Ok, I will stick with 2.0.2 themes. What about colors? Can any theme be modified (easily) to change colors, backgrounds, looks, etc?

Depends on the theme and exactly how it's constructed. Most themes work off a single big image that you'd have to manipulate.

I read something about stylesheets being editable. Unfortunately, I am new to this forum project and I'm looking to find my options.
