SMFShoutbox's shoutbox wont appear on any page

okay,i just finaly got this shoutbox to install and it wont appear on my homepage,forum page or anypage...any idea on how to make it appear?

You mean SMFPacks Shoutbox? In this case look this:
-Disable Shoutbox uncheked
-Pages where Shoutbox will be printed filled with boardindex and collapsecategory
-During the installation your custom theme must be checked
