Forum Backup

I know there is a backup option at the forum
But it saves a text file...
I would like to know how can i save my forum and then transfer everything to another server...I mean everything (as long as it allow me)

You can - just copy all the files over and restore that dump.  The dump has all the important database stuff in it.

Sorry my ignorance... But is the dump that file i was talking about? And
how do i "restore that dump"? -_-

Well, the standard way to restore the "dump" (or, yes, that text file you mentioned) is to use phpMyAdmin.

I got it now =D
But in my current server i dont have access to the phpadmin
But i will in my new server..
Is there a problem? Or as long as i have the dump and access to the new database i can restore everything?
