Admins can alter the registered date in the user's profile.

those thing i aware of that, but in member of 12000+ forums, cant able to monitor regularly , but it is happening at the time of registration. kindly provide me.. the right solution brother/sister.. and also need to remember the question  Is a member can registered with future date in simple machine forums  apps?

In the user's profile, what is the listed 'time offset'?

The time Offset can be done with our time zone listed,   where our IP location with the time zone ... not base on members time zone
