Change Topic Date/Time

I am trying to see how to change the date/time.

I see the poster_tiem field, but it's in a certain format.  Can anyone help?

The poster_time field is a Unix timestamp. I don't recommend changing that field, but if you really want to, you will need to use PHP's strtotime() function to get the Unix timestamp value. Make sure you specify the date/time as the server time, or you will not get the value you want.
