This mod will edit and add some avatar related features in the default SMF theme, will set up a default avatar per membergroup (Membergroups prevails over post-count membergroups), also it can force the member to use the default one for the membergroup or not (use the user one).
The change is visible in every member's posts and profile.

I installed but I cannot activate. I enter url of avatar to membergroup page but when I look at that again I see empty. So this mod is not running perfectly. This mod gives some errors during install I install by manuel. Thanks

Hi, that's weird, did you run the install.php file? It seems that you forgot the database changes.

Hmm - I have a similar problem (but it may be my own fault) : Installed via packet manager, no errors. Database ok :) Now to my question: which path have I to set in the field for the default avatar? I tried several possibilities already: full server path, path from the forum root dir (./avatars/...), the path from the avatar basedir - no effect neither in postings, in my SimpleDesk portal nor in the user's profile. (BTW: force avatar is checked).

You need to set the image URL, I do not tried a path for it, so it may not work.
