As you know on the tab next to my forums it shows the SMF pic, is there a way to change it to an image i can set?

Sure is!

Basically, create a 16x16 pixel image and save it in .ico format as "favicon.ico".

Upload it to the root of your site and voila! Done.

Might take a while for your browser to update to it, though. Although, you can empty your browser's cache, which might speed it up.

Where is the "root" of my site?

If your site is just the forum, it's where you'll see "Settings.php".

The "Root" is the very first level, if you like. You have subdirectories, under the root.
