Then how come they look so similar?

Did anyone think to do a diff against this theme vs the default theme?

Also, <version> should be used not to indicate the version of the theme but the version of SMF it's designed for.

everytime i do a theme it gets a diff done between my theme and bad company 3. no body thinks ive done it with the default theme. so eventually some one will say my battlefield 3 avatars are similar to another avatar package on here

Yes, I did it.
Attached diff between Bad Company 3 and Curve and Core.

ETA: Bad Company has also a custom BoardIndex, GenericList, MessageIndex, ModerationCenter and Profile.
