Customizing SMF > Mod Requests

Hello.

I am looking for someone to help me mod my website.

My Goal:

I am running a gaming community/clan, and since we are expanding, I want to create a separate forum for each game. Each game would have its own subdomain, like this:

game1.clanwebsite.com
game2.clanwebsite.com
game3.clanwebsite.com

www.clanwebsite.com will be a portal with pictures which redirect the user to the correct game/subdomain. The portal is already coded by me.

I have already installed SMF on these 3 subdomains, however since I am running ONE clan, some things need to be common in these subdomains. That would be: Members, PM messages, Forum Statistics (from all forums), Cookies (1 that works for all forums), News Board/Category that is common/shared on all forums/subdomains (1 Clan - 1 News section, right?), etc.



What needs to be coded:

This is a list of what I think needs to be made on my website:

1. Members need to be able to login with the same account on all subdomains.
2. Members need to be able to send PM messages and read them regardless of forum.
3. Members need to be able to swap between forums without needing to relogin on each forum.
4. Members need to stay active (stay logged-in) on all forums, as long as they are active on 1 forum.
5. Members activity should show up on the "Who's online page" regardless of what forum they are on.
6. Membergroups need to be global, but have their own independent permissions on each forum.
7. Member and forum statistics need to be global.
8. Forum Categories and Boards must have the option to be either Local (only work and show for 1 forum) or Global (appear and work on all forums).
9. Simpleportal Pages and Blocks must similar option as the above (8).
10. All settings (Security, Cookies, Features, etc) need to be Global.
11. Generally, everything else no mentioned here needs to be Global.

The above is only a preliminary list of tweaks I think are needed. I am open for any kind of suggestions, additional tweaks, or different approaches or solutions.
Bear in mind that the above list is only the tweaks that come to my mind right now, the list might not be final.


Who I need and what I will pay:

I need someone that can deliver, if not all, most of the above and can do so within a short period of time.
I will pay well as I know this is a quite advanced request that is also very time consuming. Here is my offer:

If you think you can deliver all of the above 100% completed, then I can pay, depending on the quality:
1-15 days: 100-120€ EUR (or $125 - $150 USD)
16-30 days: 90-110€ EUR (or $115 - $140 USD)
31-45 days: 70-90€ EUR (or $90 - 115$ USD)
If you cannot deliver before 45 days, I am not interested.

Payments can be done either by installments (week-per-week) or all in one go after once mod is complete.



I am open for any different tweaks, approaches, ideas etc. I can also negotiate prices.

Do you have existing forums/members on the three different forums? If so that would make it a little more complicated since you would have the merge data that is going to shared.

No. The forums I have installed on the subdomains are 100% fresh installations of SMF. No mods installed, no topics posted, nothing.

I've been using www.clansite.com (the main domain) for my current forum (which I use to this day). The plan is to replace this one big forum with 3 or 4 smaller forums.

This means that the database I have currently could be used across all forums.
In other words, everything that needs to be transfered over is already stored in the currently used database.
