How to change Topic Board in SMF?

Hey there I didn't know where to post this so if you guys want, you can move the post :), but i'd like to know how to change the topic board icons? how do i do it, a friend of mine did it and he explained to me how, but i lost the e-mail he gave me and i thought you guys might be able to help me :), here's a pic of what i want to do :), please help and i hope I've posted this in the right section :).

Right-click on the icon, and then go to image url. The image url shows you the the icon place.

i see where you aiming at mate ;), i'll quickly go into filezilla and change the stuff ;)

mr.Curiosity:
You can change that on Cpannel.

thanks very much guys :) I've got the off.png but now i need to change the on.png :) thanks a bunch guys :), also may i ask what does on2.png mean?
