SMF keeps going up and down?

This would be enough space and is the next step up but is about $37 a month and I'm not too sure about that.

Well, without knowing the current host's capabilities (or lack of them!) it's hard to say whether that's better, but the odds do tend towards a more expensive host being better.

Do remember the issue is not space you could have 300 GB and still have the current issues you have now.

Right, however the one was only 1GB when I need at least 5GB for all our files.
I think the best one is the first one I posted at about $37 a month, however I really don't know if I can do that or not. That is quite a bit and I've already spent over $100 switching different servers and what not. Also it HAS to support adult websites because it is adult content related. In which case they charge WAY MORE because they figure you are selling porn and such so that way you get money when that isn't the case for my site at all.

Understood, I would present your issue with their staff and see if they would be willing to offer a money back guarantee if their systems are unable to handle the load. That way you are risking another month's worth of payments for nothing.
