no upcoming events shown, no possibility of setting karma

Hi there!
My calendar works, but it doesnt show upcoming events in the index. (Yes, it is checked in the forum options and features). And: The admin is the only one, who can give karmapoints to others. No user can (and Yes, its checked in the Forums optionsand features  too  ;))
It happend with 4.0 and still happens with 4.1.

[Edit] upcoming events works with NEW Dates, but not with ones that where already written before the update to 4.1
Still, karma does not...  :(

Do people have the *permissions* to do stuff to other people's karma?

Are you sure that you've checked those for the board index, upcoming days is set to something bigger than 1, and that people have the permissions to view the calendar?

All My fault. I had problems with the right management in 4.0, but it works in 4.1 and after i changed the permissions it WORKS! And its great and I love it and stuff...

Slightly different problem with events.

Showing 2 birthdays as upcomin which are actually today (March 30).
Is it supposed to show "Todays Events" ?

I noticed that even if I have upcoming events set to 7 days, it only shows events in current month (March). Guess this will be sort of fixed for the moment when we move over to the next month.
