What Makes a Good Project Manager?

Loads of crap weird stuff going on, behind the scenes, at the moment.
It's like world war three, too.
Maybe nobody else's seen it, as yet.

Actually, some of it seems a bit trivial, to me.
You know what people can be like, though.
Don't tell any body this... But, I find some of it quite... well... amusing, really. ;)

It's amazing how much easier it is to deal with stuff if you step back, take a chill pill, and take it at face value. And also don't take things too personally. ;)
Really it, reminds me a lot of playing video games like Mario Party with a couple friends. It's very easy to get all wrapped up in it, and pretty soon you're ready to kill your best friend for real. It's easy to lose site of the fact that is just a game. And a stupid Mario game at that. :D

It always amuses me, when people squabble over Minutia.
It doesn't take long, before the important stuff gets buried, because of wording and that kinda stuff.
I'm largely letting them get on with it and trying to keep the important stuff, like support, going.
Probably failing, miserably. But... ;)
