Setting a new registration agreement

Blimey, now your confusing me. 1.1.11 was what the host site directed me to. How would I upgrade ?

I don't think you can upgrade from 1.1.11 to 2 from the admin panel, though I may be wrong.
3 possible ways depending on your hosting
1. Your host control panel may have an installer like fantastico, installatron or softaculous or similar which will do the job for you. Some perfectionists don't like this method but always worked for me.
The other two require you to go to http://download.simplemachines.org/
2. Look down the page for webinstall, this is the best/easiest if it will work, but not on all servers.
3. If that does not work then you are down to a full install, download the package and upload all the files to your server in the same folder as the current installation.

One step at a time for me will be hard enough so if I could just get the registration questions on there it would be a massive leap.

The only thing is, your version's got a few security holes in it. 1.1.16 is the latest version in the 1.x line.
If you want a hand, doing that, gimme a yell and I'll try and sort you out. :)
