SMF will not neccesarily have the same license as YaBB SE.

Maybe a different license, maybe not. Doesn't matter to me that much, I know I will be able to use it for free and change the code in whatever way I want and make mod for it. I don't see any problem. At least not until I will have to activate it like Winblows XP and office XP. ;D

It may have a license similar to Invision.
