You need to check with other webhosts. Some of them may have higher Email limit

but sir 1 email per minute is also failed if you see above screenshot.

Unfortunately, you need to look for some other webhost :(

I just contacted my webhost which is hostgator

On shared server, there hourly Email limit is 500 mails per hour. This means you can send 22,000 Emails every day to your forum members. More details here: http://www.hostgator.com/mailpolicy.html

okay thats a good news mrintech bro. but i am scared if i do all the transfer and then also it won't work :(  as its a huge headache to move whole website to new server. are you guys sure its a host's fault and it will be resolved if i move to hostgator ?
