Willing to pay for an auction mod (like SMF Bay for example) but with MLM feature and paypal integration.

Paypal integration (like Ebay): Members can register only if they have active paypal account.
MLM feature: Members and webmaster get certain commission (two choices: in dollars or percents) when their downlines sell something (except when suddenly their paypal becomes inactive).
Other functions :
1. page where members can see who their downlines and uplines, and how much money theyve earned (separated from selling and from downlines commissions).
2. registration page with member's ID (a referral link to register), new members can register only by a referral link.
