Do I have to give the same database name when moving host?

When I read the documentation it said that it should have the same database name, thanks for clarifying it out.
I guess I must have done something wrong, all URL seems to be correct.

did you manually adjust themes paths in admin panel?
Admin > Theme Settings > Reset Theme URLs and Directories

Nope, I downloaded my files from my old host uploaded it to new one, then I uploaded the repair_settings.php
I changed the URLs from that PHP script. Should I reset URLs before moving?

After would be best. :)
Orangine:
oops, somehow I've assumed you already moved the host, as k@ says it's after when you have to adjust those :P

I am trying to move hosts and I have a question about the Wiki Instructions for moving Database.
I have a backup of my Database. Do I import the back up, then go to File Manager and edit Settings.php, then run Repair_Settings.php
Or do I import Back up and just run repair_settings.php and it corrects everything.
Please help.
If someone can post a step by step instruction on how to move databases, that will be very helpful.
