IP logging by admin only

Is there a way I can switch the ip logging so ONLY admins can see ip address? I dont want any one except the admin to see members ip. or is there a mod were I can cinfigure who has this access?  I am using 1.1.4 release at the moment.

edit: Goofed on the version I am using, meant to put 1.1.4 instead of 2.1.4 I think it was obvious but none the less.

Only admins see the IP address in 1.1.4 currently.

Unless they've got the manage members permission. (which will enable them to ban etc)
