How to convert to UTF-8

Yes the information is correct but I have to find time to add some things.
To be honest, I believe that some wiki pages should not be open to everyone. I have no experience with Wiki but in support I have seen many that are willing to help but they usually mess it up.

"Half a loaf is better than none." If there is enough information to help most users convert to UTF-8, please put it on the wiki now, and add additional information later.
Most people will never edit the wiki.
Vigilance, of course, is necessary.
For some content, it will become necessary to lock the page.
