i am the admin. i changed my display name & email but now i cannot appove myself

i am the admin. i changed my display name & email but now i cannot approve myself.   When i did this i forgot to check the box that enables names and Email changes without admin approval. since i am the admin i locked myself out & cannot log into admin account to approve myself.. is there a patch or a fix to this bug?????

This SQL query will activate your account.

Huh? File? No, you select the database where SMF resides, click the SQL tab, paste the above query, and click Go.
