It's not an account.

Go into Admin > Permissions and make sure that Guests don't have permission to post or anything else you don't want them to do.

The Burglar!:
in my opinion (correct me if have another option) guests shouldn't have any permission as the may browse your forum but may not post as a securitty build in.
so go to permissions --> membergroups --> edit --> guests (remove any permission) wich you wont want they will have ;)
