Admin panel issues

Guys,

After login as admin when i click on Admin-->Features and Options this will redirect to main page instead of opening the Features and Options page.

I am running SMF 2.0.2  and because of that i am not able to do any management on my forum.

I have installed only two modules

Ad Managment
Hide SMF Version

I have disabled both modules same problem and i have uploaded all new files and did upgraded but still same problem
