Topic: Steam Profile Names

I've searched around the modifications area a bit and found only two mods for the Steam API integration.  Neither of these is what i'm looking for.  What I want to do is have the new member provide their steam ID upon registration.  Then, I want it to use their Steam name instead of choosing a new username like they usually do with SMF.  So instead of the regular SMF username being displayed, I want their Steam name to be displayed everywhere throughout the board.

Can anyone do this for me?

this would be interesting. i have steam and would implement this along with the one that shows on their post. my cousin might join if this reg. happens
