No there is a repair option.

Go PhpMyAdmin then enter your database after that you can see a box below of page click on it then you can see the repair option

I know this avisona30, as I had reported the Repair selection in PhpMyAdmin didn't have result, however Check table also did a successful repair. From your answer I guess that Repair worked in your case.

In other hosts there is in CP, besides PhpMyAdmin, a MySQL or MySQL databases selection with the possibility to ckeck and repair a database. In your host MySQL in CP has no such possibility. That is what I am referring to.
