I try on Opera browser and this button stretch window isn't work.

Therefore I wrote that an option of turn on/turn off the possibility of stretching this window.

I don't think an admin option to turn it on and off is necessary.

I mean that was introduced option which can turn off stretching this window, essentially such choice should be, for the ones which are leading their forum and don't want stretching the window to be default.
