Fallout New Vegas for me, although I loved Fallout 2 and Fallout 3 as well. There's just something about the Fallout series which I love.
Skyrim appeals to me too, but it doesn't quite capture my imagination as much as the Fallout series.

Old school gamer. I still rock the old PC games that required you to have MS-DOS. :P
In all seriousness, Baldur's Gate 1 & 2, plus all expansion packs, rank at the top of my list. Using the BiG World mod turns both games and expansions into one massive adventure. Best timesink ever. 8)
