sorry for not answering earlier.

There are several mods installed, here the ones which do have something to do with users, handling of users... :
Users Online Today Mod
AjaxChat Integration
Redirect Banned Users
Ignore Another User
Hide Topics from Guests
Stop Forum Spam (deactivated due to problems for users of mobile phones)

I left out mods such as custom greetings, Skype Integration, Attachments in Topics...
