need help changing the shoutbox output

okay,i am absolutely clueless on how to change the shoutbox output! when i shout it comes out like

Each mod has a dedicated support thread, you will get a better answer there, especially since there are sevral shoutbox mods and no-one here knows which one you're using...

im using SMFPacks Shoutbox,i talked to the author of the mod about getting some edits done.im tryin to lower what i have to pay for by doing some of it myself.
