could not be saved, because an unknown error occurred.

What does this mean?

EDIT: I really don't know but this is more trouble then it's worth. I'm going to uninstall this and forget about it.

I have no idea myself. As I said, I tried this out as a test, but haven't used it in almost a year.
If Niko sees this, maybe he can help you since he wrote the modification.
