The Mouse Gestures extension lets you invoke commands just by drawing gestures with your mouse, over the webpage you are viewing. For example, you can go back one page just by holding down the mouse button, moving to the left and then releasing the button. Using gestures is much more convenient than using toolbars or menus. This extension provides you with gestures for navigation, bookmarking, tab switching, font and image zooming... and it even supports Mozilla's Mail & News client. It also includes "Rocker Gestures" that are even faster than normal gestures and you can now edit all gesture mappings using a simple interface - including those for rocker gestures and mouse wheel rockers.

I use the Back gesture all the time :)

I still can't figure out what Rocker Gestures are, and in Mozilla, you can tell it to draw a cool little red line where you draw the gesture :)

There is patch for MYIE2, so it will works with the Mozilla Render Engine.
But the patch doesn't work for all users. Some have no problems with it, for some users it doesn't work.
