can NOT find Buddy List?

ROMSTONE:
In this forum, when I clicked [Add To Buddy List], that means I have already added the guy to my Buddy list, right? But in my profile, I can not find the buddy list which shows my buddy I added. can you tell me where I can get the buddy list of mine?
