If you just ask your host where the error "Duplicate entry '4663' for key 1" is coming from, I'm sure they'll be able to help you, if they're even half-decent.

If they can't help you, can you copy/paste the exact error, word-for-word, please?

To fix it, you'll need to work with phpmyadmin.

The only error I get is when the conversion tool runs.

Word for word it is:  Duplicate entry '4663' for key 1

There are no apparent errors in MySQL everything appears okay
I have run a database repair to correct overheads once a week on backups for the last 5 years.

I have 3 other forums that I want to convert as well, this was the test.

I will try it on another forum but if that doesn't work I'm afraid I will have to give it a miss and convert to another type of forum where I can get paid assistance.

Well, for what it's worth, there seem to be a few reasons why this happens, as you can see, here:

Have a look at some of those, rather than hang around, waiting for different suggestions. :)

We have various people offering "Paid for" services, too, if that's the road you want to travel. Just have a look in the "Help available" board.

                 That worked for me, I posted in the help board and got 4 replies instantly.

Thanks to JB our forum is now fully converted with mods and is workin fine.
