i think you want to post news in some format that you like.  can you post a screen shot of the format you want your news to appear in?

i'm unable to see your picture.  have you tried it with ssi_examples.php?  if you use php SSI, you include the site path to the first line of the page you are using it in (<?php require("/home/virtual/yoursite/fst/var/www/html/SMF/SSI.php"); ?>).
