The problem is still occuring today.  "Send this topic" function is not working.  Any help is appreciated.

I need help figuring out why the email function under "send this topic" is not working.  I have tried many times to send the topic to myself, others have tried also, I have checked all permissions and can't figure out why the email is not being sent.  I just tried "send a topic" to myself from THIS forum and it did not work.  Can anyone else try and see if it's just me?
