Converting from XMB?

I've been wanting to upgrade for a while and finally took the plunge today. I've been solving different problems all day and after finding this file (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=339326.msg2282344#msg2282344 the last one) things finally started to get closer.

But now I'm getting an error that I really can't find a solution to:

Thank you! I JUST managed to fix it - using another file found on the board - but now there's another problem: only half of my posts are there. My XMB had 2419 posts and the majority of them are missing. Something go wrong, or is there only a certain amount of things I can convert over?

Did you try admin > maintenance > forum maintenance > routine and Find and repair any errors?
