Report to Moderator goes to forum and not email?

I seem to recollect that there is an SMF mod to make "report this post to Moderator" notifications go into a board, and not be sent to a specific moderator/admin.

Searched the mod site and came up empty-handed.

If anyone knows whereof I speak, please enlighten me.
