I tried using the one with winamp3... but it SUCKED.  All my mp3 files are named properly, but a lot of the time the ID3 tags aren't, or halfass set.  The "what's playing" mod for winamp3 wouldn't JUST send the filename for me to parse it and show it.  IT WOULDN'T EVEN send anything, and I tried it 3 times.  I was so close to downloading the program to script the thing myself, but realized how lazy I actually was and how useless it would be.

I've never liked winamp. The only 3 things it has going are skins, popularity, and maybe the software equalizer.

I like Winamp 2.x a lot! Winamp 3 really sucks, but I think Winamp 2 has some great features, idd a very active community and it's very easy in use! :)
