Karl,

As already stated - until wedge clearly makes a firm statement of a BSD-compatible or other truly open source license, we're not going to allow links to it or "advertisements" for it.

Not like this board doesn't mention it all over the place. Might as well rename the board to the "Wedge Discussion" board. I do understand that this is really because it's the most active fork in terms of changes, and only a few forks are currently in existence, but still...

The rules were made the way the are, so that if and when more forks arise, the rules should fit without us needing to change them... Currently Wedge is the only one falling to that part of the rules - but who knows of the future? ;)

Angelina Belle:
Join the party! Nightwish hasn't given his fork a name, as far as I know, so why should you?

As soon as you've made some progress, let us know, and we will list you.
If you stick with that open-source license, we'll link to you.

As requested, the discussion about social media has been moved to Social media and forum [split from: List of Known SMF forks] :)
