How much hard drive is in a regular xbox 360?

I am going to be getting a xbox 360 very soon. There is Xbox 360 arcade, regular, or elite. I am planning to get a regular. Does anyone know how much hard drive and about how many games the regular Xbox 360 holds?

Unless I'm mistaken, all of the models you listed are the of the original, discontinued xbox 360.
