RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule header-bg.jpg /folder/script.php [L]

Only add "RewriteEngine On" if it's not already there otherwise you'll get a 500 error.  Obviously you change the filenames to whatever you need.

tyty1234 here is my URL with problem random logo and some times no LOGO displays ( blank logo )

and refresh many times it will try to open banner.php as file to save and somtimes works logos ok

I'm also getting the problem of no banner loading on occasion. Would be interested to hear what changes you made to the code Freewaygr?
